The Babylon Chorale will hold auditions for all voice parts on March 26, 2012 AND on April 2, 2012 at Westbrook Elementary School, 350 Higbie Lane, West Islip, NY 11795. Join us for rehearsal at 7:30 PM; auditions will take place at 9:15 PM. Your audition will consist of singing a prepared selection and possibly doing some vocalizing. You will need to demonstrate basic sight-singing ability.

Directions are:
Exit 39 for Route 231 south. At the fork, stay on Route 231 (to the left). Take exit for Sunrise Hwy/Route 27 East. Stay on service road and exit at Higbie Lane/Country Road 82 (less than 1/4 mile). Turn left at the top of the ramp. Westbrook is immediately after the first STOP sign, on the right. From Sunrise Highway West: Take exit 40 for Route 231. Go south. Do not get on Route 231, stay in the clover leaf and immediately take Sunrise Hwy/Route 27 East. (basically a U-turn). Stay on the service road and exit at Higbie Lane/ County Road 82 (less than 1/4 mile). Turn left at the top of the ramp. Westbrook is immediately after the first stop sign, on the right. |
