The Babylon Chorale is a friendly, diverse and well-organized group of singers from various Long Island communities who enjoy all types of vocal music. The Chorale has provided seasonal, classical and light musical entertainment on Long Island since 1950. We present three concerts each year: a holiday concert in early December, a concert of classical repertoire in late March and a themed concert in June consisting of a variety of light music such as Broadway, pop, jazz. |
We rehearse every Monday night, from September through June. The Chorale presents three concerts each season, in December, March and June. Our next auditions, for basses and tenors only, will be held on Monday, January 4, 2010 and Monday, January 11, 2010.
